We helped Kraft Heinz drive sales in e-commerce channels by developing their small giraffe IP into "Dr. Lu, the Professional Infant Care Specialist". By organising live streaming events where Dr. Lu answered consumers' questions around baby care, we strengthened Kraft Heinz’s image as an expert in infant nutrition and packaged that expertise into an easily identifiable IP.

1. A total of more than 14 million exposures for multiple activities.
2. Successfully built the IP image of Dr. Lu as an infant care expert.

Co-operating with Baidu, we dug into big data about the most common concerns of mothers of infants. Using insights gleaned from the data, we created infographics and topical discussions on social around these concerns that led to conclusions about the importance nutrition, and the work Mead Johnson is doing to support the nutritional efforts of mothers. The campaign sparked lively conversation and successfully diverted traffic to Mead Johnson’s e-commerce channels.
